Those people have a very systematic and consistent program for communicating with their databases throughout the year. Here’s how to get your database prepped for the new year:
Everyone in your database needs five key pieces of information: their name, physical address, email address, phone number, and social media accounts. Knowing who their family is, what their hobbies are, and what their preferred methods of communication are will also help you to create a systematic plan for each of your clients.
“The Millionaire Real Estate Agent” by Gary Keller tells us that we need at least 36 touches for every client in our database. Those touches can be a mix of anything you like: calls, texts, emails, mailers, social media posts, pop-bys, client events, etc. Make them specific to your brand and business.
